Dr. Kandarp B. Patel began serving the West Tennessee area in 1999, and established
his own practice in 2011. At Core Heart and Medical Center, he offers comprehensive
clinical evaluation that is augmented by advanced diagnostic services, management
of ongoing patient care, referral and coordination of treatment with the most
sophisticated medical facilities and providers both in and outside of West Tennessee.

Call us during office hours of 7:30 am to 3:00 pm or use the patient portal to send a message directly to the staff. All refill requests and samples requests will follow phone hours.
